After surviving the second Longest Free-Fall in History (883 Feet) in a paratrooping accident in the Army, Vince went on to Coach and Compete in CrossFit and Jiu-Jitsu. He Joined team trifecta because he is passionate about helping trainers and Athletes reach their peak performance. Vince is also highly focused on his outreach to Veterans with PSTD, and Adults and children with Anxiety and ADHD.
